Empower the Cambodian People to advocate on their own behalf regarding issues related to resource revenues from oil, gas and mining, with a focus on youth, civil society organizations and selected target communities.

Support efforts by the Royal Government of Cambodia to manage ROGM transparently to promote implementation of its National Strategic Development Plan through constructive engagement and knowledge sharing.

Increase transparency among EI companies related to ROGM.
